Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include the cost of the consultation, prescription (where issued), and medication. VAT is applied where applicable in accordance with HMRC regulations.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders approved after our daily dispatch cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery is to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot accept liability for delayed or failed delivery caused by inaccurate address details or failed delivery attempts.
All medicines are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK law.
If your order is declined following the clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund for the medication cost. Consultation fees are non-refundable where a clinical review has been completed.
